Must provide clear definition and/or visual references for the character they have requested. Character and clothing design may incur additional cost if deemed necessary.

May upload/post the commissioned work to their social media with proper credit.

Must not claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify the commissioned work without the artist's permission.

May ask that the artist postpone uploading the completed piece to prevent spoilers.

Must keep the file, as the artist needs to delete files after months.

Payments will be made after sketch approval; the client must give at least 50%.

The mode of payment is via PayPal, unless another payment method is agreed upon. Rates are USD based to avoid any confusion.

Commissions are non-refundable unless the art process hasn't started yet.
